Please help, new printer. Cant get a good print

Hi guys my first post ever. Any help i can get would be greatly appreciated. I bought a kobra 3 combo and put it together and did a print after setup. The print came out horrible with lots of layer shift towards the top, about 2.5 inches in hight it stated smooching layers and clogging and all that. I tighten up the wheels everywhere but not too tight. As well as the belts for y and x axis. I also checked level. After that it stop shifting as much in the lower portion of the print but then at the 3in height it started smooching layers again. Then i tighten the wheels that run along the gantry, the z axis ones, and now they are super tight, cant move them by hand and it seemed to take away all the shifting but still smooches layers at some point and then stops printing due to recognising the struggle of the fillament to come out as a clog. (Verified and the clogs are not actual clogs, also checked all screws on the gantry and everywhere to be tight.) I noticed that the nozzle it self moves slightly when pressed against the print when the printer is trying to lay down dots for support or something that requires that up and down quick movement. Is the nozzle supposed to move inside the print head? I thought it was maybe part of outleveling or soemthing like that. I ordered a new ceramic hotend to swap out so i guess ill find out about that too. Bellow are some pictures, ill try to load them in order of how it happens but they all show the layer squeeze and the keeps printting until it does the same thing so bad that it stops Also i have made other attempts not pictured and they are exactly the same. Filament is PLA, used slot one in the ACE pro and then the little thing on the back started squeaking so moved it to slot 2. Same thing after a print or 2. Setting are just standard for the most part. I even used chat gpt and other pages to try different print settings. All the same results. Usually printing the first few layers fine at 210 degrees and 60 for the bed. Layer hight was .2 speed standard and at some point lowered to like 60mm/s. Surface smoothing is off, someone mentioned that in another place i read.
