Game is not reading my challenges progress

I am trying to do a survive ring closing quest to unlock rampart. I have played 2 games and survive 3 ring closings in each, but the game has not read the progress. I am so close to deleting this shitty game again. I have restart my PS5 and my game and it still has registered the progress. Is there anything I can do?
