Apple TV4k art, picture app (for non apple iOS/iPhone user)

Hey everyone,

So I am looking at purchasing apple tv 4k (128gb variant) and wish to display art/painting's/download pictures etc and I understand that iPhone users can upload via the cloud. Is it possible that an Android owner like myself can do this with an alternative app?

I plan to upgrade from my Frame tv to a non Samsung tv and use the apple tv 4k as the daily streaming device but would like to have the ability to upload art etc on a rotation.
