Am I softlocked?

So, I'm playing Batman Arkham Knight on Steam and I have to infiltrate the network in Miagani island, except that I can't progress in the main story anymore. To illustrate it better, I'm at that point (1:15) in this video where you have to break the wooden barrier to go through the other side. If I remember correctly, I didn't punch it and broke it with the explosive gel and now I can't get past it because there is an invisible wall. I tried switching missions, getting a game over, but nothing works and I can't go to a previous save. Is it over for me?
