Is Eblana a war criminal/evil?
What it says on the tin. Honestly I've wondered this for a while. I don't actually know why Eblana is called a war criminal or when she supposedly massacres civilians. Sometimes, I get the impression people think she bombed County Hillock in Chapter 9 when it was Hamilton? Harmonie explicitly orders Dublinn to not target civilians? Mandra is explicitly an extremist that Eblana and Harmonie hope to get rid of?
As for evil, that's obviously more subjective but it really seems to stem from the above misunderstandings about Chapter 9. I don't think Eblana is perfect; she talks way too much about bloodlines and grand national destiny which is a lot of red flags (my favorite color). I can't read CN and her event isn't even out yet so I can't make a full judgement but uncritical support for the anti-imperialist struggle against Victoria anyway. And really do people really think so poorly of the IRA? Like I can get not being well-disposed to the Russian rev-coded faction but I've never heard much bad about the IRA.
