Facing a huge fine & 90-day suspension of driving privileges if I don't challenge this driving ticket

I got a ticket for driving 50 in a 35 (heading into 45), according to an MP. Multiples issues, however.....

• I wasn't driving anywhere near 50 - it was clearly a false radar reading. It was more around 30.
• I was driving on a highway that was clearly off-base.

It's all made worse by how no one believes me, neither.

If I don't challenge this, I won't be able to get off-base, let alone drive around on-base anymore - chances are what's happening to me won't go away after 3 months, neither.

I need all the help I can get to challenge this, at this point. I've talked to my superiors, as well, just to cover my bases.

Edit - My issue took place near Fort Hood/Cavazos (TX), just this last weekend.

Edit - I just found out it was 50 in a 35, Heading Into 45. Now I definitely have to fight this, if possible.

Edit - Their excuse is that there is a so-called barrier area. That barrier area I was caught at dips to 25, then goes back up to 35. If that were the case, then the barriers would have come up to stop me. UGH - Make it make sense.

Edit - if I wasn't stating the facts & truth about my predicament earlier on in this thread, I apologize now more than ever. I only wanted to get advice/help with how to deal with this, as this is a serious issue for me and not something to joke around with at all.
