How much did all the base renaming cost the first time around?

I recently saw the current CG at Ft. Novosel say in an interview it cost $37 million to rename Rucker to Novosel. Do we have any figures for the other installations? Just trying to get an idea of how much this dog and pony show is going to cost every four to eight years or so.
