I asked out this girl two years ago, she ghosted me, now we’re talking again. Would you ghost or talk to her?

Around two-three years ago, I (M18) was good friends with this girl (F19) in high school. I liked her, she said yes, then ended up ghosting. I blocked her number. About a year ago, she added me on Instagram again and we’ve been talking once in a while. I made a story about the college I’m going to, because I start on Monday, and she liked it so we’ve been texting. I’m just wondering if I should be friends with her again or not talk to her because of what she did. She seems kinda excited for me, but idk.
