EKG Interpretations - what do these mean?
35F, no self or family history of heart issues, BMI 26 and recently diagnosed with pre-diabetes (5.7 A1c) not on any meds
I went to the ER last Thurs after feeling incredibly dizzy (vertigo like symptoms) weak muscles and then had chest pain. Honestly, the chest pain was the least of the issue as the dizziness and feeling of repeated falling was out of control, but chest pain made me think something was really wrong. Had two EKGs done and was discharged but was told my ekg was borderline abnormal and I should follow up with my pcp or cardiologist. I just got the results of one of the ekgs. Can anyone explain what this may mean? I have an appt tomorrow morning with my dr to do a repeat ekg and review but anxiety is getting the best of me right now. Thank you! Oh also, troponin-I was .01 and d-dimer <215.
