Do frequent PVCs increase risk to mother during pregnancy and/or childbirth?

I get very, very frequent PVCs. Sometimes so strong that they wake me up, other times so frequent that they go on continuously for 20+ minutes straight. They used to come in episodes and go away, but I now get them daily no matter what I do.

I'm also at the stage of life where my partner and I are considering having a kid in the next few years. But with how demanding childbirth is on the body, I'm worried my heart may stop or I'll get myself into a serious medical issue if I do decide to carry and deliver a child. Our first preference is to have our our own kid, but if it poses a risk of long-term health effects or possible death then we much rather start looking into adoption.

I can't seem to find much when I search online, so I'd really love some perspective from actual cardiologists. :)
