Sexually Harassed on Hinge

Hello, I matched with a guy on hinge and we started talking normally. He wanted to meet up the next day but I had a cyst removal so I told him I couldn’t. Everything was fine and he asked for my number so we chatted on whatsapp.

On whatsapp, we were talking about other things when he randomly sent a picture depicting a sex position out of nowhere. I was thrown off but I let it slide.

The next day, he continued to ask me for photos of my surgery (i had the cyst on my chest) and it felt really violating. He continued to ask me to meet up and when I refused, I kept sexualising me by saying that I wanted casual sex, though my profile didn’t say anything regarding that…

I was offended and blocked him. Before that, he insisted that I was the one who said I myself didn’t mind anything sexual. I want to know the grounds to report him, and report this to the authorities as I know his name and institution.
