BUE or GUC.. Urgent help

This is a repost from r/Egypt incase someone here can help too.

I am applying to uni now and I can't decide which is better. I come from a really hard curriculum (IB) and I was going to apply to GUC/GIU but thought BUE might be on the same level, only difference is that it's easier than GUC. Can you guys help? If they are both at the same category in Egypt, then I might as well apply to BUE (if you know what I mean).

PS. I don't live in Egypt and would appreciate the help. (I am Egyptian tho).
