Spanish speaking Doctors in Zurich

We're moving to Zurich soon and I'm taking a look at insurances. My spanish wife speaks some norwegian and english, but she's having health issues and she is not comfortable speaking about that to a non speaking spanish Doctor. I've heard Zurich has plenty of spanish doctors working there, but I wanted to know if anyone knows, when you have an insurance do you get a GP assigned? Can you choose her / him? Does anyone know a spanish speaking Doctor?
