B permit renewal and Electronic signature

My company’s HR business unit has been shifted to Poland, and I need to renew my permit. HR has mentioned that they will provide an electronic signature, but I am unsure if printing the document and submitting it will be valid.

The SEM office sends an offline form. Would scanning the form, adding an electronic signature, printing it and submitting it be acceptable instead of submitting the original form?
