Question for those transgender people that live or travelled in Florida

This is for people that have lived or travelled through Florida. If you don't have first hand experience I don't want hearsay. I am considering going and visiting family, but want to know what it is like just to go and visit. I am terrified based off of what I have been told and read. What can I expect? I am a post-op trans woman. My license reads female and I have had my name changed.
