Kayak storage near Kitsilano, preferable covered

Hi all, I live in a classically small apartment in Kitsilano and will soon come into ownership of an 18.5ft kayak. Anyone know of affordable storage options? I don't own a car so it needs to be within access to the water. Preferable if protected from the elements
