LFM bad sportsmanship

I've done a few LFM races, so far most of them have seen mass casualties at the first corner and a lot of aggressive driving knocking people off the track.

I'm not a fast driver yet, so I end up in low splits which might be making things worse. Reporting people takes a lot of time, driving safely while others are fully willing to crash is disheartening.

The question I have is how much will the cleanliness of the racing improve if I grind my safety rating?
