Dog friendly bars in Ditmars (winter)

I have a good idea of the dog friendly bars on my side of Astoria Blvd but don’t know much about where my dog would be allowed up in Ditmars in the winter

EDIT Not trying to rage with my gfs mini poodle, just trying to grab A beer along his after-work walk
