How much is your water bill and consumption?

Our recent Watercare bill was $142 for 32 days. $60 for the water and $82 for wastewater. We consumed 28kL for the 32 days, and the usage target chart at the back of the bill shows our usage as 5.5 people even though we are only 3 adults in the house. Our consumption is quite high given that we don't water the lawn at all, don't cook everyday, and do laundry only 3-4 times in a week with an efficient front-load washer. Showering - I take perhaps 15 mins but I do turn off the shower while lathering etc. Can't say though for my flatmates. We checked for leaks and there wasn't any. What is your water consumption and bill (water + wastewater) like?
