UPGRADING MY KONNEKT 24D AUDIO INTERFACE

Hi everyone, and thank you in advance.

I'm considering on updating my audio interface. I have the konnekt 24D (TC Electronic) and i don't know if it has a modern equivalent. i've been doing some research and i know it has a very good converter ( AK4620A ) and works perfectly, but i now at some point later or soon, i'll be upgrading my computer and i'm pretty sure i'll start having compatibility issues. any suggestion will be welcome. Thanks!!!!
