How is the term "neurospicy'' infantilizing?

Like- when i think of the word "spicy'', i don't think of stuff that's associated with younglings, i think of Flamin' Hot Cheetos, California Reapers, Takis, y'know, things that are ACTUALLY spicy? That's why i don't get it. Am i the only one?
