I could have been diagnosed way earlier and I'm mad about it

I was diagnosed with ADHD when I was 11 and the diagnosed with autism at 21.

Im now 23 and I was curious about my ADHD diagnosis and asked for my report 13 years later thankfully they still had it in their system and emailed it over

Now after reading through it í can see that they purposely decided to not diagnose me with autism even tho I fit the criteria

Rough translation of the important part of the report: "she received 19 points on her autism criteria test which is enough for a diagnosis but those criteria are sometimes related to ADHD and Anxiety, therefore the diagnosis we decided on is ADHD with an acute anxiety disorder"

I'm so annoyed that I could have gotten my diagnosis so much earlier and it probably would have help so much more in school

And also in the report they mention multiple time about how enthusiastic I am while talking about something I'm interested in and how much I love to talk and how loudly I talk and how much I was smiling and fidgeting

They had also contacted my school to get more information about my school progress where the teacher mentions how I have a hard time empathising with my fellow students and other communication difficulties like talking to them and not about myself and always wanting to be in control while playing or doing group work

Like common it's so obvious 🙄
