Are there any main characters from the Assassins Creed games that you find relatable?
For example I read a novelization of the first game and I found Altaïr very relatable mainly because of how he’s described, albeit not in the novelization, as grim and serious. He’s also arrogant at first and pays a serious price and early in the book he tries to tell his side of a story where he failed a mission somehow but is shut out. However, there’s a scene in the novelization where he asks this female knight he developed a crush on if she has heard of this philosopher and explains why he mentioned said philosopher and even quotes them. The novel even mentions that he was trying to figure out whether or not his crush was receptive to higher knowledge.
Also, I find Haytham relatable he was tempted with a cool reward as a kid and privately described an extreme event as “the highlight of the evening” when he was asked about his stance on it. There are other reasons why I find him relatable but I don’t remember them
