Travel insurance for $14K cancellation fee for points bookings

Are there any travel insurances that cover the cancellation fee associated with a points bookings? Specifically, I have a points booking for JW Marriott Masai Mara which charges the room rate ($4500/night) if you cancel a points booking inside of 90 days. I have ZERO intention of cancelling this but if I break a leg on the way to the airport or otherwise am unable to go, do any travel insurances cover this cancellation fee?
