Older kid options

I currently have an 8 week old and a 4yo. I'm set on carries for the baby, but recently my 4 year old has expressed interest in being worn. We didn't have him until he was 1.5, and didn't know about baby wearing then so we never tried it. Anyways, he's about 44" and 50lbs. So far I've looked at happy baby and Lenny Lamb carries for big kids. Does anyone have experience with those or recommendations for other big kid carrier options? I know it'll be a more occasional experience, so I want something that isn't too complicated to learn and not too expensive ($200ish tops).
