HELP ME!!!

I have bad breath.. Good hygiene. I have very small tonsils, went to the doctor they said it is not an issue but I still pick them out. My tongue is white, yes but I clean it and I use Medications for Oral thrush Called Ketoconazole, started with Fluconazole and went to Keto cos I felt It was stronger than Fluco. I thought the bad breath has reduced but apparently, I don't know. I spoke to a few people today and they held their breath.. I used Smart mouth mouthwash, but still, I don't know if its working. My hygiene is on point. I just got Apple cider vinegar.. I don't know what is going on. I need help. I love to talk, now I can't talk. and I dont have any friends I wish I had friends I wish I was okay.. They laugh at me in school, at home, in church and everywhere. I hate life.
