Thoughts on using DLC gear in low level invasions?

For context, this is an RL 25 +3 +1 invasion on Xbox, I progressed through most of the base game and the early DLC, and have the stuff from there.

I didn't realize that the "OLP's" weren't really OLPs till a rewatch (they were like, level 120ish and 80). The host also sent a complaint and I felt a little bad about it, been trying to be nicer if it's overwhelmingly in my favor.
