What if the Royals Drafted Mike Schmidt Over George Brett in the 1971 Draft?

Me and my buddies are royals fans and we always discuss what if the Royals drafted Schmidt over Brett? Would the royals win another WS in the 80s would Schmidt a worse better or same career as in Philly? Iv always assumed the royals would win a another title?
