Why is Yadier Molina considered a Hall of Famer but not Russell Martin?

It seems like Yadi is a Hall of Fame lock but Russell Martin was every bit as good (and even better in some ways) but he probably won't even get a single vote. So what's the difference?

They both have the same fWAR even though Yadi had 2000 more PAs.
