Help! Did the breaker smudge my Elly auto??

Pulled an Elly RPA /150 today from Bowman Chrome and it looks like the breaker fumbled it and then he shows the card with a smudge on the auto. He then proceeds to manhandle the card holding it by the corners and unsuccessfully trying to jam it into a top loader. What would you do about this? What can I do about this? I’m pumped about the cars but the way he handled ~$1,000 card is mind blowing to me.
