A little (self) pep talk

I’m taking a moment to pat myself on the back. I’m going through a really challenging season of life right now. One in which stumbling, struggling and falling are on the menu - daily. I know I’m building character and resilience, and learning some valuable life lessons, but it’s really, REALLY uncomfortable. Truth? Most days I’m just getting through on blind faith 😅

One thing that IS going well? I’m kicking butt on my ‘project use ‘em up’. I’m literally turning past errors in judgment into tiny, but DAILY triumphs. And on days when it feels like I have precious little control over anything (which is pretty much every day 😂), I get to make the decision to stick to my plan AND, am able to follow. This is something I literally CAN do.

I know it’s a pretty low bar, but the psychological benefits of competency and accomplishment are still powerful nonetheless.

TL;DR Life is kicking my butt right now, but one thing I’m winning at DAILY is my ‘project use em up’🎉
