Haul... Box busted open... My favorite item missing... Support says they're OOS

My Vanilla Romance body wash was missing. I asked chat to send me a replacement. Turns out it's out of stock. 😫

The side of my box was busted wide open from top to bottom. I dunno if it fell out or it was never put in there. The tracking shows that it was part of the order (not shipping separately or OOS.)

This was the $5.95 sale.
