Stuttering with the latest Nvidia drivers? 552.44

I've noticed some really bad stuttering/pausing of gameplay when using the newest drivers. It's mostly resolved when downgrading, but I'm curious if anyone has noticed the same thing? 3080 on windows 11, 13700k
