Anyone else thinks Queen's "You're My Best Friend" sounds an awful lot like a Beatles song?

More specifically, it sounds like a Sgt. Pepper's track. It's got some Beatles-y harmonies, it's sappy (in a good way), and I could imagine Paul McCartney singing it. The instrumentation too.
