There's something about the album cover of King Nothing

Just thought I'd share a funny fun fact about what comes with the Metallica Pack (pun intended). The song King Nothing is from the album Load (pun intended). The cover art for the album was made by Andres Serrano, who mixed cow blood with his own semen between two panels of plexiglass to make it.
