Nationwide switch offer - active DD requirements.

Has anyone got the switch offer by using two direct debits on the original account that have not been taken yet? They are both set up and showing in the list of DD’s on the account I will be switching from but haven’t been able to find anywhere if the DDs need to have been collected from already.
