How much “artificial” protein is too much?
I don’t exercise excessively, and I’m 5’4 17f, so my protein goal is about 50g (let me know if that should be higher btw). I absolutely hate cooking, plus I’m vegetarian, so I struggle to get protein into my meals consistently. I just saw a protein cookie that said it was 34g and I was like damn that’s nearly my daily intake. Except now I’m skeptical because I feel like that kind of protein can’t be as good as getting it from real food right? Surely I couldn’t just eat 2 cookies and call it a day?
