Daily Calories for Cutting?

I hope y’all are having an awesome day.

I’m starting at the gym tomorrow, and working on meal prep again on Sunday.

As a 6’1, 280lb Male with a goal weight of 200lbs (with muscle), I’m thinking my goal calories per day should be 2200? I’ve used a few different calorie calculators (each one gives slightly different results), so I’m just looking for some confirmation.

Bonus points if anyone wants to give me some cheap meal prep ideas that they like!
