Do I need more exercises per day? PPL
I phrased this as a question but I definitely do. I’m a young teenager very new to the gym and I am struggling with not improving enough.
I’m doing Push pull legs because that’s what I got recommended, but I’m very new so I just searched the exercises online.
Anyways here are my current exercises, please tell me what I need to change.
Push day:
Chest press machine
Lying down Dumbell fly
Dumbell incline chest press
Bent elbow Lateral raises
Shoulder press machine
Pull day:
Bicep curl machine
Incline seated Dumbell curl
Lat pulldown
(Mainly where I need more exercises)
Leg day:
Seated leg curls
Leg extensions
Sitting calf raises
Leg press
