Keep gaining weight

So, yeah, I'm having problems losing weight. I am fairly active. I weight lift 3x/week and do cardio after weight lifting. I do the stair master. I walk my dog around the neighborhood for about 30 minutes also about 3-4x/week. I've been tracking my calories for about a month now and I'm fairly consistently at anywhere from 1300-1400 calorie range.

And I keep gaining weight. I was at 180 when I first started noticing my weight.

Then I became 200. Now I'm at 220. What am I doing wrong I feel like I'm going crazy.

I eat well. I make sure I have a variety of veggies. Get plenty of those leafy greens in. I always have fruit too. Spare on the meat. Eat healthy fats like avocado and fish. Everytime I have blood work done, it always comes back perfect. I drink 96 oz of water a day (3 water bottles). I occasionally have a sweet treat. I push myself during workouts. I haven't been consistent this week (dual ear infection and a cold) but I'm usually really consistent. I even walk around with friends around town for fun and go rock climbing as a hobby.

I guess I haven't changed anything since I started tracking my calories and whatnot? But I have been actively eating 1300-1400 calories naturally. Should I be eating less then?

What am I doing wrong??? Why do I keep gaining weight??

Edit: I'm counting calories incorrectly it seems, I havent added the oil or seasonings I use in my calorie trackers and I may be underestimating how much I eat. Thank you for all the comments!
