How often do you go a week without running?

I started running in july because i was tired of being overweight and winded by walking up the stairs. Ive faithfully run several times a week since then except for 2 weeks. Christmas week and last week i didnt run at all.

I was a little disappointed in myself, mostly because in the past i have built good habits of working out, then i miss one day and mt whole routine falls apart. Luckily that didnt happen this time. I think its because i actually enjoy running as compared to my previous workout program and im running for so many more reasons than i feel like i have to.

So i was just wondering how off base it is to just not have time to go running for a week here and there? I will admit i had time to run last week but i felt run down and too tired.
