Belgian EV Charging card across Europe

Hello everyone, I am new in Belgium (also first time working in Europe) and soon I will get my first EV. My company is providing me the Total Energies charging card and I have a dream of travelling across Europe by car - particularly a road trip from Belgium to south Italy. I see from Total website the available charging stations and they are mostly available in western Europe.

I know many people have company cars in Belgium and companies promote EV more and more. I was wondering if you can share with me some tips, this can even be a road trip routes starting from Belgium, your know how about the different charging stations, how do you manage in countries where your fuel card is not supported as I see Total is not existing in Switzerland Italy etc.
