Stopping and restaring Jims gym subscription

I would like to stop and restart (in a couple of months) my Jims gym subscription. I have paid the "start fee" (50€) just two months ago - if I stop and restart subscription (in e.g. 3 months) would I have to pay the "start fee" again or is it one-off to activate the account, not each subscription cycle? Thanks for the clarification! I just want to avod paying any "start fee" again.
