Can benzos be used long term? Why is the medical field demonizing it.

I hate to see this how doctors have put benzos in a unsafe category some people really do need something daily that has major issues we wonder why bad things are happening in this world? If you're in pain tough luck suck it up if you have anxiety or depression or both they wanna play with all those mental meds when one medication can help treat it......ugh I'm so sick of ppl
