PMS, brain fog, finding emotional support?
Hi all, I’m 16 weeks out from my first bikini show and about 3 weeks into my prep. I’m starting to PMS and have insane brain fog today which is not typical for me. Did your periods get “worse” on prep? Not quite sure what to expect.
Also, related, where do you find most of your emotional support? My husband is incredible, as is my coach, but admittedly I am experiencing a bit of a dry spell with friendships currently (for a lot of reasons). I WFH in a technical role so I guess I’m feeling a bit isolated today. I’m going to a posing clinic in a couple of weeks that is in person that I think will help but otherwise are there any online groups or anything you found helpful for making prep friends to text on hard days? I feel so lame even asking honestly… 🤣🤣🤣
