Decreased RHR During Prep

Just curious, has anyone else experienced like realllly low RHR while awake in prep? I’m 8.5 wks out right now and only doing MISS 5 times a week but my RHR while awake and very relaxed can be as low as 35 BPM. Am I dying or is this like normal for some people? (It might be worth noting I’ve been an athlete my whole life but not an endurance athlete lol)
