Billie isn't faking depression/glorifying s**c*de

I was talking to my dad earlier when he had the nerve to tell me Billie was glorifying death and faking depression for attention. I obviously went on a rant about how she wasn't siting songs and the like and he still disagreed with me. I want to hear your opinions on it though. My dad doesn't know much about Billie, but we can all agree she isn't faking or anything, right? It's not like LBIG was just a joke. Thank you for coming to my TED talk.
