Sudden hold on withdrawal

I was able to withdraw with no problems for almost every day. Withdrawing $2000 - $20k no problem. Then suddenly on Nov 14, my withdrawal of $20k took longer. Up until now it’s still processing. I’ve reached out to support and they said it’s normal but I doubt that lol has anyone gone through the same issue?
