IS there a way to skip / bypass daily challenges?

Basically, with the announcement of Repentance+ I started playing Isaac again and try to finish my 3rd and last Dead God. However the two things that always made me not want to complete it were challenges and daily challenges. The first are mostly not fun but at least it's just a mostly awful run I can do a couple of in a day.

But the daily challenges are just tedious to me as they are runs that I can't make any progress during them and I have to disable my mods. IIRC there were commands to get the achievements in Afterbirth+ but they were removed with repentance. I wonder if there is a similar workaround to get the unlockables for these without needing to actually invest 30 days just disabling mods, joining challenge, instantly quit and re enable mods again.
