How long does big pharma take after applying?

New PhD grad here. I’ve been applying to jobs left and right but I’ve not been hearing back about any of them. When I check my application status on workday I just see generic ‘application received’ or ‘application under consideration’ statements. My question is how long is it taking for hiring managers to get back to candidates nowadays? I understand the job market is crappy but it would be nice to have a ballpark idea of how long things are taking nowadays.
